This location doesn't honor it's mobile check in, I checked in with 0 min wait and was given a wait time of 30 minutes. I wait 30 minutes and I arrived right on time and was on deck, a guy comes up 5 minutes later and a stylist takes him right back and sits him down as I wait outside. I look at the board and I am bumped up to 20 mins! Another guy came in and they started working with him as a walk in. I begin to walk away because I had to get back to work the lady yells at me and tries to blame everything on cleaning due to Covid. Lady then yelled “good luck getting any kind of haircut”. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

very disappointed with time consideration. My stylist knew I was waiting but decided to prolong a conversation about something irrelevant instead. I was suppose to be seen about 3:30 via online check in. I arrive early only to wait until i got up to leave on my own accord about 4. I know it sound petty but the lack of respect for others time irritated me.
